i've heard that guns that can run on both low pressure and high pressure run better with high pressure. why is that?

High pressure air tanks must be used for almost all paintball markers. The only markers that use low pressure are Angels. If u use a low pressure tank in a marker that requires high pressure, u will have shoot down issues or sputtering issues when u fire the marker.

U can use both. But low pressure tanks may choke the guns for air at high rates of fire. U need to have consistent pressure flowing into the marker so that u don't have any shoot down problems. And low pressure tanks will sometimes choke the markers and starve them for air. You really have to use high pressure. There is no benefit to low pressure unless u have to use it like on and Angel.

oooohhh i get it now. it has to do do with the pressure output right? like low pressure output just gives it enough to shoot the paintball out right?
